Ioffer, that pretty much says it all don't it? lol Seriously though the a#$^%'s who did this claim to be overseas(and indeed the package said shanghai)but their e-mails(and there are several) come back to redmond wa, after reading about this womans son on there who lost 400.00 or more that he was saving up for an iphone, I decided to type even more about this site! Ioffer has No safety precautions!! Wait though I bet there are still more of you who want to buy that to good to be true deal!! Here's the deal, I used my (secure HAH) paypal acct. b/c they had the lil pp smbol on ioffer to purchase a cellphone.(180.00) One month later I got a dirty bowl!! the lazy ^%$^%$ could'nt even wash the thing I did not buy! I thought i was dealing with some untouchable overseas jerks, until I reversed their e-mail addresses, turns out these pukes are in redmond......as in wa as in my frickin'country!!!!ugh I love shopping online, I bought 3 houses full of gifts(ours and and the grandkids for the grandparents)online for christmas!! NOT one problem and half of it came from overseas,in a very timely fashion i might add. Well low and behold the one time I venture somewhere else with my paypal SECURE (other than ebay)money I get ripped!!IOFFER They really need to be put offline!! Sellers like them b/c they have lower fees. i like the higher fees b/c I AM PROTECTED. Never agian ioffer!! NEVER AGAIN. Oh I forgot to mention i did not receive one e-mail from ioffers staff......that's right, i said it NOT ONE. The scammers are right here in america and are'nt able to help me. Lesson learned neighbor.they said no e-mail so i'll break it down like this .....these are hotmail addresses of the theives (oh and did I mention their in redmond?lol)

bbb or paypal or the plain ol' gov. get my money back?
