Winar Sport Bike advertises great prices on their website but they require a bank transfer in advance of delivery. Once my money was received they said that more money was required for delivery and they provided an invoice for taxes and insurance on FedEx letterhead. I checked with FedEx and they confirmed that the invoice was not legitimate so I canceled my order and asked for a refund.
Randy Pratama tried to stall by saying that the package needed to be returned from customs before they could reimburse my money but I have never been reimbursed. If Winar Sport Bike would return my money as they promise to do in the 100% money back guarantee I would retract my report but that is not likely to happen.
I warn anyone who is considering making a purchase with Winar Sport Bike or with any Indonesian bike company that this company is a scam.
