Windham Professionals Called me and to say I have a debt in Student Loans! Internet

 I once had student loans totalling 44k and each and every single one of them has been disolved for about just a little over a year and half ago.  I am a medically retired Soldier that has had all his student loans dissolved.  I even had to have assitance from my congressman becuase the education department didn't want to follow the law. 

So, last monday on the 15th of december, they Windham Professionals started harrassing me and my family trying to track me down calling everyone and there mother.  When I called back.  I never got a straight answer and they hung up on me twice.  I want to know why they think they can defraud the U.S. Government and the people into believing they owe money!  Ever since I started calling them back they have blocked my number.  Since when does a collection agency prevent the consumer from reaching them!  There calling system calls from a different number now.  Family members haven't reported any further calls after I confronted them and I will not stand down till this company pays back in full all it has done to all people and rots in jail!  

Not a single student loan has a balance on my credit report.  All were dissolved, gone, kapute, zero'd, owe nothing yet these idiots are calling me in an attempt to collect money on something that doesn't exist!! This company will screw you if given a chance!  Its all good becuase the phone company will have to release these phone calls in court if I can ever make it there!  Thats what they are betting on.  That I can't make it or follow thru with a lawsuite.
