Winton Flair Homes poor building, false advertising, lying, el paso Texas

 I want to put Winton Flair homes on blast starting with the builder's rep that works in new Edgemont housing area over in Santa Teresa. His name is Henry Bohn and he is a useless POS. When we first decided to buy one of their homes he made us drive d**n near every day to Santa Teresa to sign paperwork even though we live in Far East. Each time we'd ask him to scan it and e mail it to us he'd say he doesn't know how to. You'd think for someone who's in this type of business would rely on technology offered in their office nowadays but I guess not. Then their foreman Javier had us do a walk through at the house and we found bunch of things that needed to be repaired and were visible to bare eye. Things like insulation literally hanging out all on the outside of the base of the home, warped doors, damaged kitchen cabinets, damaged granite, windows not opening, and stoppers in the sinks in master bath not working at all. He said he'd have it done way before we close. Few weeks before closing we hired a home inspector. We called Henry to let him know to have the doors open. His reaction:" Ummm you guys hired a home inspector?"..... Duh genius we're not gonna buy a 260 K home without knowing what's wrong. After getting through with inspection we realized they didn't fix the items we already brought up to them mentioned above but there were some major issues like tank-less water heater pipes completely exposed, Central air pipes in connection areas were not even hooked up properly(when the inspector turned it on and had me put my hand over it, it felt like I had my hand in front of a fan at highest setting) and gazillion other things. The foreman got mad when we told him we're not even thinking of closing until all repairs were done properly. We called Henry to tell him inspection report was forwarded to builder. Week later the "construction manager" calls and tells me he never received the inspection report. I asked him for his e mail. He didn't realize that our inspector forwarded us the e mail after he sent it to him lol. That's when we called the infamous Henry and told him we're not buying the home. We signed the contract termination agreement but still till this day Henry has not turned it in. Even though we signed one on 5/1/13. Do not buy from Winton flair. They're a rip off. We lost 1500$ thanks to them.
