WLI* Reservation Rewards ripoff. Charged Account without me giving the permission. Internet Norwalk Connecticut

I found out that my account was charged for three consecutive months, April, May and June 2003 (each for $7.00). When I called them up and told them that I never gave them the permission to charge me, and need my money back, they told me they can only return $7.00 (out of $21.00). I asked for the reasons and they could only say that's the procedure. When I said they shouldn't charge me for that reason, they were saying someone in my house let them do that.

How in the world that somebody in my house can give permission when I'm only staying alone. Is there a ghost here? I don't think so!! That's crap (somebody in my house?) I am so mad at them for giving unreasonable excuses just to get away with it. But next time I'll make sure to check my account statement for them, and keep bugging them until they are totally out of my 'statement'.
If anyone can help to solve this matter, please do so. This is a deceptive marketing technique. Thanks.
