I am very uspet about this whole issue. I have never used my debit card on online. I don't know how they got it. But it has taken my time off work and also other hassles.
They have also made my account overdrawn two times. Which I still have not gotten the money back. I want them to be stopped and punished. I want my money back!!! Please help me and others who are victims at this.

For that refund call: 1-888-688-5995 and have your membership removed

I realize you do not see yourself as being a member of WLI*, but for some reason they do. This corporation is WLI*Reservation Rewards through Web Loyalty. They give out travel benefits and discounts. Most don't necessarily enroll directly, but are automatically enrolled as members, when shopping online or through membership enrollments.
This is a 3rd Party Merchant, who has an agreement possibly with a web site containing your debit card number. They see themselves as "customizing your shopping experience". Do you use an online bank?
If you have never used your debit card online, I am completely mystified by how they got such personal information. IF this is true, you may be subject to electronic identity theft. You can learn more about this at www.ftc.gov Years ago people used to laugh at the possibility, now the government has a whole section devoted to the subject. This is the website for the Federal Trade Commission.
I pray you have changed your debit card number by now.
If and when you call that number to cancel your membership, and of coarse collect your refund, ask them how they got your information. It is crucial that you identify the source, because this could happen all over again.
Did you enroll as a member to Classmate.com? Maybe using your debit card to become a member was not required, but they do sell your name out, and are linked with WLI*. If you ordered flowers online, this is another way for them to get your number. Review all membership enrollments you have online.
Otherwise, this is clear theft. Act fast because there is a time limit for that refund.
I have not heard back from anyone about that number not working. IF that number does not connect you to the right people, please, please get back to us. We need to know. I've been giving that number out to at least 50 different Reports if not more. No one has ever informed me that it doesn't work, but some time has gone by.
Hope you get your refund, and all accounts secured.
Happy New Year
