woodfin oil company one quote and then another Richmond Virginia

I made and appointment to have my gas fireplace service,was told that my cost would be one hundred and eighty and eight dollars,due upon service being completed,I was at work so my wife was home. Tech finished the job,and then he charge the 188.plus 79dollars for a trip charge that wasnt part of the quote. i called that same evening to get some answer about that trip charge,someone answered the phone and said that someone would get back to me the next day,but no one called back this was friday.so i called back monday at about 130pm trying to get answers but was told that the manager /supervisor was on vacation,he would call me back .i let a day go by ,called back again said the manger would call me back ,still waiting,and they call themselves the number one home team so i should have called the number 2 (ha ha) team. Beeeeware,beeeeware.
