Mr Thompson, I will not play this game with you again. I saved EVERY e-mail dating back to 2006, the BBB information and the tracking and insurance slips from the post office. As this is the 21st Century, I am not liberal about posting my personal information on any web site. If you would like, I will post my e-mail addy and name. Just to refresh your memory, I own a 1991 Volvo 740 with B230FT engine and Automatic Transmission. The original ECU, which you "repaired" once and currently have at your shop,  (unless you tossed it),  is a Bosch K-Jetronic #000-280-000-563. The reason I returned it to you was the cold start injector would not fire. The ECU currently running my car is Bosch K-Jetronic #000-280-000-967, a reploacement for the original. I have been driving on it for a year. As I have lost my house, health insurance and job and am now on Disability, you can surely see why I feel cheated. Say what you will. I have documentation, you have my money AND computer. Is that a mistake too?

Sounds like somethings other then what this person has said may have happened, in any case I don't see the persons name and info to look them up. I don't recall who this may have been. After 5 years and thousands of customers a few may have been unable to be made happy.

If you look on Ripp off reports you will see they have complaints on every major company like Walmart, Sears, JC Penny and on and on... I guess I have arrived now...

We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY and we rebuilt nearly any and all computer control modules from fords to exotic cars like Ferraris.. We charge a flat rate to work on units and the price range is from $149 to $598 for our labor. Many units are rebuildable and those customers save Thousands over dealers prices for replacement units. I feel we are doing a great service and we ship World Wide.

It's still not a perfect service but in the event we can't rebuild a customers unit we accept the loss of time and put the repair labor cost towards the replacement unit and the customer just needs to pay the difference in the price.

I know this is very fair yet some customers feel they would rather get ALL their money back and let us go out of business instead. But to those who feel that way sorry we can't refund your money on labor if we can't upgrade you to a sale at least and make something for our time and services to try and help you.

If you don't feel thats fair how about you go to the dealership and pay them lets say as in the case of a Mercedes computer we recently had to find. The dealer wanted $5,000 USD for this same unit we offered to rebuild for $349 and we give our LIFETIME WARRANTY!

The unit was not rebuildable due to the main processors being damaged and unreplaceable. So we located a replacement for a cost of just $449 thats a $4,500 difference in the price of the dealers list price.
