They claim to offer the best customer service - and that MIGHT be true, that is, until you experience a problem and you would like to take advantage of the free, money back guarantee they claim to offer.
Don't fall for this scam. They eventually paid me a PARTIAL refund and refused, absolutely refused, to offer the full, 100% money back as they had promised when we signed up.

Last night I posted just what I stated. I can't take back what I stated, but what i can state it fully legit.
I don't understand why there is disconnect in the sector of clear communication.
H.B.L.I is fully legit, yet as of date, I don't have the slighest clue.
Is that some sort of diconnect of clear communication, you bet it is. I am 1 month
into it and yet, I'm at the very beginning still waiting to get started. That is
exactly what Chris Malta and I discussed today and at this point I can honestly
state absolutely Chris is of the highest level of integrity
Yes, Worldwide Brands Home Base Learning Institute (H.B.L.I), a HIGHLY accredited
ecommerce not only education, but business development from those with the
highest level of expertise. They may know that and many others truly are very
satified with their reputation and what they state is exactly what they deliver.
For whatever reason, the Deluxe Business Program Components, did I myself miss
something? Those at Worldwide Brands and H.B.L.I may understand all the components very well, but me.. Yes when they verbally explain exactly the expertise
all of that is true,
and under the contract of the Deluxe Business program, all of that's described, I
count 8 sentences, all the rest are terms of the agreement. However researching
a clear explaining on the Homebaseli website either I'm missing something or as of
this update, it really could include additional clarification.. that would have been
really helpful.
I'm writing this in advance, I'm sure I'll be thoroughly satisifed as much as the hundreds who all ready are. The goal of H.B.L.I is exactly what they stated.
But that one area, I clear description, that's one area I can honestly say either I missed it or their reputation already speaks for themselves. I can honestly state
this outcome should very rewarding for everyone and it will be

I'm real interested whether they really do respond. I just contacted them both 9/23/10 and on 9/24/10 to address them forwarding me to their professional
professional business consultant who misrepresented themselves as the finest ecommerce market analyst with solid expertise which will guarntee a very
lucrative income for the upcoming holiday season.
Thanks to Worldwide Brands sharing your information with HBLI, which Chris Malta highly recomending Frank Nickels, I'm out well over $10,000 and will not see one dime.. Their recomendation clearly pulls a bait of misrepresentation and when you hold them to their word, immediately they create fictitious legal manuevers which can railroad you right into a $27,000 lawsuit. The very worst business practices and ethics EVER. A as benefit of a doubt, the outcome is still pending, but as of right now, no way would i EVER recommend Worldwide Brands.
What I stated is 100% the truth and I am happy to supply exactly how their H.B.L.I referral clearly has the intended purpose simply to steer you down their legal maneuvers to achieve exactly that outcome. I may retract this experience as I update H.B.L.I or upon and contigent on the outcome, but as of right now I wouldn't touch Worldwide Brands, with a 10 Foot Pole.. That's 10,675.00 at 30% and they can careless.. the very finest scamsters around. I'll retract this upon favorable resolution, but just look up H.B.L.I, the finest referral from Worldwide Brands and I'll clearly explain what snakes they really are.. I have never dealt with such horrible business practices, all designed to legally maneuever you into suing you for $27,000. I take this most serious and DON'T sign up with Worldwide Brands, they share your name right over to them
