I ordered Christmas presents in November off of this site.....figuring that would give them plenty of time to ship before the holiday. Within a say I received an email saying the order was processing and my credit card was charged. When all my other gifts started arriving and the World Wide Department Store order was nowhere to be found...i started to look into it. I called the company numerous time receiving no answer, someone hanging up on me, or a simple household answering machine stating the phone number and to leave a message. I also emailed the company several times asking why my account was charged and why my online account says shipped in November if I never received the products. I am extremely disappointed that I now have to reorder these gifts from other places. It looked like a legitimate site....but I've learned my lesson. There are countless reports filed against this company. Next time I'll look further into it.
