I placed an order for Moonsand with Worlwide Department Store Nov. 11th. Nothing ever came. I sent an e-mail. No response. I called. Got a live person and was assured it would ship that day. Well, they charged my credit card that day $41.70 and of course, no product has been received. Now I have called multiple times. I get the machine or a busy signal.

I can only assume that many others are complaining about their merchandise and now Worldwide is avoiding everyone. I found this sight, and low and behold, others have reported this company too. Too late for me. I hope this helps someone. Companies like this hurt online sales. This makes you want to shop at the mall.

Worldwide Department Store has a slick web site and great prices. Unfortunately, they charge your account right away, don't ship your merchandise and ignore all emails inquiring about the order. I used American Express, just got my bill, and intend to contest it New York New York
