This company is a scam. My first clue should have been the many complaints with them here as well as with the BBB. Regardless, here's a brief description of what happened.

October 19 2008 the contract was signed. Delivery was promised within 7-10 business days. I informed them that I needed (ABSOLUTELY NEEDED) my items by November 8. I was again assured this would be no problem and they they will meet this obligation.

The days start to tick by with little to no word on progress. We get to the end of October, and still no updates. I call multiple times, each time a return call is promised and never received.

Eventually, I start getting "it will be delivered on X day" - I stay at home all day, and guess what? No delivery. Call again, "it will delivered on X day" - stay at home all day, nothing. Rinse and repeat.

Eventually I was told the "truck broke down in Virginia" - the woman became rude with me when I pointed out my deadline, and changed their story to "21 business days" - go figure. Now, my stuff was shipped from Maryland. Where the "truck broke down" was 80 miles away. It took them 3 weeks to get 80 miles. Wonderful. They wanted to charge me for taking my stuff out of storage. I told them to fork off since they weren't fullfilling their promises, they relented.

I go to the storage locker to get the items I NEED NEED NEED ABSOLUTELY shipped down overnight since the movers failed. I noticed the storage place they had my stuff at had a red padlock on the door, and the storage employees had to open it because the movers were without a key. Curious, I asked. The red lock is for people who didn't pay their bill!

Eventually after being lied to dozens of times, they breach their contract and deliver my stuff late on November 13, 2008. A few items were damaged, including some water damaged (warped wooden door on entertainment center), but this is trivial compared to what happens next.

They arrive and I pay them the remaining due balance. I'm told there is a problem, I didn't pay for the upstairs delivery (2nd floor). I did pay for this. I argue back and forth and decide to start carrying stuff myself since they want 100 dollars to go up a few stairs, which I already paid.

After a few boxes, I'm told that I have to stop taking stuff unless I pay $50, and I'm getting a "deal" since they're cutting it in half. I pay it, I just want my stuff. They give me change for $60 out of their own pockets, with no receipt for this. They pocketed the money, I guess. Extortion.

After everything's said and done, they have the nerve to tell me they've been "very polite to me" and they they are going to charge me an additional $100 for it. So for the $100 I was supposed to pay for "upstairs delivery", I pay $250. Fraud.

Please, even if this company quotes you a lower price, even if it is unbelievably lower - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You could end up paying more than twice what you were quoted, with your items arriving extremely late, with many days wasted waiting for the falsly promised deliveries.

WORLDWIDE MOVING SYSTEMS IS A FRAUD OPERATION AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. They will see me in court.

Forgot to add this in the original post, but it was important enough that I thought that I needed to add a second just to make it.

Yaron knew how desperately Carol's son needed his DJ equipment and was told from the day of pickup that he needed that equipment by the eighth. She swore up and down that it could be delivered by then. Come the eighth, it still wasn't delivered and she wasn't even willing to promise that it would be there within a week! I guess she knew we were getting tired of all the lies?

Anyway! So Carol calls me in a panic and tells me that I need to drop everything and come pick her up to drive to Virginia. Fortunately, I wasn't busy and since her son is my best friend was willing to do just about anything to right the wrong that Yaron's company made. Not Carol. The only mistake she made was trusting these incompetent fools and all their lies. Yaron tried to tell her that she couldn't come get the boxes. She couldn't come get HER property that the company failed to deliver on the promised time(OOP! But that's right, the CONTRACT said otherwise. Saying one thing and putting another in the fine print. Smooth move guys. -thumbs up-)

Now Carol told Yaron that we needed those boxes before all the shipping places closed because we needed them shipped out that night and she assured us that Tamir and his truck would be there by four o'clock to meet us. So we raced down to Virginia just as fast as we could. We got to the storage area at like 4:15 and looked around. Lo and behold. No Tamir! So she called his cellphone and you know what he said "Oh? You guys are still coming?" and took an HOUR AND A HALF longer than the time Yaron assured us he would be there. Yet another broken promise! This is a great habit of your company's... really. He showed up at 5:30 and we were utterly terrified that after driving all that way, he wasn't going to show up on time and we weren't going to be able to get our things.

The moral of these two lengthy posts is that if you want to be lied to at every turn of the way, if you want to be told that your things are on a truck when they're in fact locked in a storage facility because this company can't pay their rent on time, and if you want a butt load of broken promises, by all means go with this company! 8D

But if you want to actually get good, quick service at reasonable hours for the agreed upon quote(without the load of hidden fees), for the love of all that is holy take your business to another company! These guys are a bunch of disrespectful crooks who turn around and call you a liar to your face when you report them for it!

Lies lies lies. Nearly every word typed from Yaron's keyboard is an utter and blatant LIE.

As a close friend of the family(as well as the person who helped a very distraught Carol pick her things up in Virginia that day), I can tell you that these people are spinning the truths and attempting to discredit this poor woman. Hasn't she suffered at your hands enough? I was in the TRUCK with her as she BEGGED you to let her get HER things which you failed to deliver on the promised delivery time. So you promise one thing and put another in the contact to save your sorry hides? That's pathetic! This woman was near tears she was so upset! Her son had a DJ gig and NEEDED his equipment and you knew it all along. You jerked her around at every turn. Of COURSE she had to play nice to get ANYTHING from you. Otherwise you would have just told her "No, we're not going to deliver it on the promised time, but you can't come get it even though we KNOW that your son's JOB depends on items that we promised to deliver within a certain time frame." How about the fact that your business is open six days a week but you only count five days a week toward those 21 business days? IF YOU WORK IT'S A BUSINESS DAY!!!!

Would the reader like to know what our Yaron told Carol when she was upset about this delay? "We just sent a shipment from [PA(or another state further North than MD, I don't remember which one exactly)] to FL overnight. We DO work miracles... just not for you." So you could ship something from ABOVE Maryland overnight but you couldn't stop on the way to pick up the stuff that was already way past due date? Riiiiiiight. So you were either lying about that or you were just intentionally jerking this woman around. Which was it Yaron?

You didn't say $100 for the whole job. You wanted $100 an HOUR and you wanted CASH UPFRONT! Like the report said EXTORTION!

You claim that she's lying about the lock but I saw with my own eyes as Tamir had to go ask the manager of the storing area to unlock the door so that we could get our things. Later we called to ask just why the driver wasn't able to unlock the door and the manager informed us of the overdo rent. Are you going to accuse the manager of the storage facility of lying too?

If the place closed at six and the truck broke down late that night just how did they get all those boxes into a LOCKED ROOM? Jedi mind powers? No. You lied. It was never ON a truck. There was DUST on the boxes. I wiped it off with my own FINGER.

Now let's get into that "we did whatever she asked" bit. Because... that's not what I saw. In fact, I saw your driver Tamir leaning against a wall with his arms folded over his chest while Rob(who had an injured back, no doubt from having to pick up Tamir's slack all the time) was climbing over the boxes to try to find what we needed. He stood back and let Carol, a woman with knee and back pains pick up boxes and carry them despite me telling her that she would hurt her back. I told him that he needed to get in there and carry the boxes so she didn't have to and you know what he said to me? He couldn't stop her! Maybe not, but he could get off the floggin' wall and grab the boxes before she did! After I stepped in and said something, of course, he did what he was asked but it's utterly ridiculous that he had to be asked in the first place.

Then, as we were carrying the boxes out to my truck, he was piling them up and over the tailgate. I told him that he needed to slow down so that we could organize them and they wouldn't fall when I was driving and he told me that I should be GRATEFUL that he was helping because he didn't have to.

Rob was a wonderful help and great company while we were trying to get the job done but that Tamir was downright rude and disrespectful.

Also, how about the MISSING BOXES?! There were at LEAST three boxes that were unaccounted for when we were in that room trying to get the things that her son needed for his job. Do you guys make a habit of keeping part of a shipment in one place and the other part in another? Thank god you hadn't misplaced any of the things that he actually needed but it's still incredibly irresponsible.

How exactly were we suppose to argue with you holding our boxes hostage? We had no choice but to play nice and do things your way until they were delivered and I think it's utter crap that you would use the fact that we had no CHOICE but to do things your way as some sort of justification for why you weren't doing anything wrong.

I can't speak about the delivery, obviously, because I am up here in Maryland. I can, however, inform the readers that the daughter, the son, and the son's roommate all spoke of just how rude the delivery people were and they had damage to some of the larger pieces of furniture. Not to mention that one of your delivery men was simple minded enough to set the daughter's desk on its SIDE when they put it in the apartment.

Witnesses count as evidence, don't they? If Carol does take you to court, which I honestly hope she does, I have every intention of testifying against the lot of you. You put this woman through hell and back when all she wanted was to get her children their things when they moved away to college. I'm disgusted with the way your operation has been lead and dearly hope that people will take a moment to look at all of the negative reports that have been placed against your company(including one where your movers knocked on someone's door at one in the morning because they wanted to unload the things and head back? The hell...?) before hiring you. I'll certainly be warning anyone and everyone I know that plans on moving to STEER CLEAR of the lot of you.

Is that so?

This is what we get for helping out a customer that made a mistake

AUTHOR: Aaron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, December 28, 2008

This is a very interesting story, To the people that are actually reading this I would love for you to contact me , so I can prove by recordings, email, contracts and facts that 90% of the story the shipper wrote is not true and twisted.

Carol ( Shipper ) moved with us on 10/18/2008 , like every other customer, prior to coming to the house we send the shipper a contract with our terms and conditions for moving. I will specify that ones that are in relation to this complain. Delivery : Not only that the agreement says deliver can take up to 14 business ( EXCEPT for Florida jobs which in that case delivery can take up to 21 business days due to high traffic to FL) , I have a email going back and forth with her about this 21 business days.

Secondly , On the bottom of the agreement we have a " Special possible charges" which states that every flight of stairs will be charged at $50 per flight, with a space for the shipper to initial and accept. In the contract the shipper told us that she has no stairs therefore we did not charge for the stairs ahead of time. A few days after the move was complete (by the way we came on time, 10/18/2008 packed and loaded everything, the price did not go up $1 just like we guruantee) she called and spoke to me personally , she was borderline histerical and told me she made a huge mistake and she gave us all of her sons DJ equipment and he needs it for a show which he is leaving for on NOV 8. I told her I will do everything I can to have it in Florida by that date but I cannot promise. We have 21 business days ( which is by 11/13/08) and that ethically I cannot put her job infront of someone else because everyone is equall and everybody is waiting for their things.

She begged me to help her out because she made a mistake and her son is upset with her. I had a plan to pick up the load on 11/6/08 and try to make it to FL by the 8th but unfortunatly one of my trucks broke down and I couldnt make it. At that point , even though I have never done this before even once, I decided to help her out and offered to send a driver special to the storage, spead out the job, find the few boxes that she needs and give them to her so she can overnight them to her son. I told her that this would take a few hours and in the summer a few hours are very valuable so for this "specail" service I will charge her $100 just at least to cover the time, gas, and work for this driver. We met her at the storage, helped her out , did whatever she asked for and that was it. She thanked my 100 times and told me that we are the best and thank you and we helped her out to get out of a situation that she got her self into. Now I see that was all fake. By the way I dont know where she came up with the whole red lock, payment of storage, and those things she made up. In order to keep the security of people items, we do not give any driver a permament key to any storage space but only to the storage manager and they open the units upon the request from the office.

Moreover , When we got to the delivery, I know that the shipper in her story keeps saying that she had trouble with the drivers but that is interesting to me since she was not there. Her son's roomate or partner met us, not her , not her husband, not her son, therefore he did not really know anything about stairs, balance, or anything the the shipper had in agreement with us. The $100 that she referes to on delivery for stairs , that is the $100 that we charged her at the storage when we met her ( she did not have the money at the time in VA and asked if she can pay that on delivery - but she forgot to mention that to her son's partner) Anyways, we got to the delivery found out then that there are 3 flights of stairs and asked for $100 for the stairs and $100 that she owes us for the storage time. She kept saying that the stairs is included and payed for but once I showed her on the Contract that she never paid for it and then she ended up understanding and agreed to pay. Moreover my driver was so upset and tired from arguing he just told him to give $50 and thats it.

Now she claims she had damages ????? what damages ? We asked her if she had any damages and will send her claim forms - she reported nothing and did not request any claim forms...she also claimed that the driver pocketed the money ? $100 was paid over the phone with a check and they got the other $50 cash , wrote it on the bill of lading and the customer signed it and recevied a copy , so how did they pocket the cash ? After I read this complaint and was shocked I decided to call Carol and asked her why would she write something like this and to follow up with her "threat " in the end that she will see us in court - her response was " I did not write this review, it was someone else, I cant talk right now call me tommorow"
Maybe We should take her to court for extortion , Of maybe websites like this should require facts and proofs before posting up complaints like this - Let's see if she has 1 proof for her story - I Guarantee she doesn't. Again I will back up my story with facts, contracts, signatures, documents, Emails...I welcome you to see for yourself . Thank you
