I used the free trial period, and now am being charged a recurring $14.99. I cannot get into my account to cancel this, no mater how I try.

I tried my primary email, as well as my other emails, trying in vain to login. When I tried "forgot password" every email says the email does not exist.

I tried another approach: sign up for a free trial. When I put in my primary email address, it says the email already exists. When I entered my other email addresses, it did not say this.

So, which is it? Does my email NOT EXIST, or DOES IT? Either way, my account shouldn't be charged monthly for something I can't even log in to. I can't go farther back than September, but was charged on October 7 and November 4 of this year. If I can't login to use this service and my email "does NOT exist," I should be refunded for every single charge that has been drafted against my bank account. I barely remember even using this, so I don't know how long this has been going on!

Worthpoint needs to figure out wtf is going on and do the right thing by refunding me, and correcting this problem that I'm betting has happened many times to others. MAJOR SCAM ARTISTS, in my opinion!

They finally refunded $14.99 on Nov. 27,  but I now see a pending charge today for another $14.99. So much for cancelling the account! Scammers, don't go NEAR them!

Update, not happy!

I called the number listed on previous posts about Worthpoint, dialed ext 407, which in previous posts Worthpoint said that is the ext for Kaylee, cust service manager. It did NOT connect to ANYONE, just went back to original recording.I then hit 0.

This connected me to a person, who I told the above story to. He said he would cancel it for me and send a confirmation email. I told him since I wouldn't have been able to even USE the service if I wanted to, I felt a refund for at least half of what I've been charged.

He stated that my email came up just fine on HIS computer, to which I replied I tried NUMEROUS times on SEVERAL devices (tablet, PC, cell phone), and could not login on any of these. He said he had no way to confirm that, but he'd do me a courtesy refund of one month only. I received the conf email stating this.

I still think at least 50% of my charges should be refunded, I am NOT pleased with his response, and when I get time again to call, I will try to reach the elusive (nonexistent) ext 407 and/or Kylee. Not gonna hold my breath, tho. Stand by my opinion that this company are major scam artists. I will tell anyone NOT to use this site for not only this reason, but the fact that they just look up what you're asking for on eBay. I had already done that, and it didn't cost me a dime.
