They replied asking for pictures of the shoes but why do they need pictures when I gave them a hands on explanation saying the shoes were completely different from the picture on the website. I told the site I do not have a webcam to take a picture of the shoes.
Since then the website has not responded. The shoes are basically fake. The website has a seven day exchange policy. I received the shoes on last Wednesday 11/9/11.
It has not been 7 days since the receiving of the shoes so I am obligated to return them for a refund if I am not satisfied. However, the website will not send me a response for a refund when I have emailed them everyday for the last few days.
