My husband ordered a Dell Keyboard 5X486 Inspiron 1100 Laptop on 12/16/2009.  Our bank account was charged for that item on 12/17/2009.  As of today 2/9/2010 we still have not received the Dell keyboard and have no contact information from this company.  I have been all over the internet looking for contact information & have not had any luck.  The email that we did receive states you will receive 2 additional emails with contact information, which we have not received. I believe that they are SCAM artists.  I would like to get my $19.95 back or my Dell Keyboard from this company.

On the same day our bank account was also charged 3 other separate charges ($362.00 from Zuju.com & $3.32 & $3.32 from ebookers.com).  I think that buycomputerpartsdirect.com or Compu Technologies is the one who charged these fraudlent charges to our bank account.

The owner of the company may or may not be correct in stating they didn't make the fraudulent charges.  Interesting that another customer had the same problem.  Could also be that their site was hacked on their end.  Despite all of that it does not change the fact that this is a shady company and best not to do business with them.

Once an item has been purchased from our company, the buyer receives two emails from our company which has the URL to our support site. Throughout the entire process the buyer receives 7 emails total. The charges were not in anyway, shape or form made by our company.

In fact we do not have the ability to make charges to anyones credit card, except partial refunds. We do not see the person's credit card number nothing. The only thing we see is the last 4 digits of the credit card. Nothing more. The only thing the online store stores is the persons name, address, etc and what they had purchased.

Whoever this person is, never bothered to contact our company or write a letter to us. The credit card statement would of had our telephone number on it. ZuJu is in australia, ebookers is another travel site. First off we arent even located in Australia. Having repeat charges from eBookers, is when your credit card has been logged. Another factor, is that is this credit card linked to a PayPal account or any other site that you could of had it hacked from.

This person had a virus or spyware that logged her computer information and her information was taken, not from our site, but from her computer. When she entered the credit card information, the virus was on her computer recording her keystrokes. The person received the information, most likely from australia, and then made a few charges.

I suggest you research things before you go blamin people for things you had done yourself. If you had read all 7 emails from our company, or even put your name here or whatever, we would of resolved the problem or delivered your merchandise if your claiming you didnt get it.  If you haven't received your item, go back to your emails and contact our support site directly
