I've been using FatCow.com to register my domain name. I inadvertently let the domain name expire. I went on their website about 35 days later and the website told me they'd renew my domain for $15.99. I paid the money but they didn't renew my registration. Instead they are holding my domain name hostage until I paid a $160 ransom. This is criminal: advertising a service, accepting payment for it at the advertised price, then withholding the service and asking for more money. Also, they've hijacked my domain name and I can't register it anywhere else.
