Safeco Ripped me off for $2,225.00 in one internet sale!

I bought 4 tires & rims (Concept Neeper & GF Goodrich or Goodyear) from this company (www.salesco.com) Back in June of 1999 for the cost of $2,225 dollars for all 4. When I ordered the tires They were supposed to be either Goodyear or BF Goodrich. When they came they turned out to be Sumitomo (not what I ordered) It took 6+ weeks for the tires to get here when I paid for overnight. This company said they mailed them the next day. That was not true. I called John at Salesco and tried to tell him I paid for a higher grade tire and I wanted some money back he said he would give me 2 hundred dollars back. He never did this. After I called repeatedly to try to get some money and the chrome lug nuts and chrome valve stems from John he kept avoiding me. After about 20 tries to talk to him the company just stopped taking my calls. I decided that if he was to be that they in his business I would not buy from him again. I had the tires on my car for about 4 weeks then I sold the (Camaro and bought a 2000 Camaro SS). Today 1-3-2000 I went to have the tires and rims put on my car and the tire shop said they were unsafe to drive on! As it turns out John mounted 2 tires the size of P275/40 ZR17 on an 8 inch wide rim. These tires need to be on a 9-10 inch rim. I was informed this by the most modern tire shop in Alaska. They told me these tires are un safe because the tire is not sitting properly in the rim. Now I have $2,225 dollar tires that I can not use. I tried to call them (Salesco) today and they gave me the run around we will call you back they say. Then they call me back and I write for John to get the phone and a guy gets on the phone and states John is to busy call back in 15 minutes. I call back the receptionist says call back tomorrow. I try to call again and a guy tells me John is gone for the day call back tomorrow! I am getting the run around again. So I would like to log this complaint to the BBB. I have already called the 2 credit card companies (the card I use to buy the tires and rims) and placed a complaint for fraud with them. Tomorrow I am going to have my layer place a lien on their business until they rectify this situation. Does anyone know what else I could do to get results?
