Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company started to charge me a monthly fee and I told them to forget it, I was not paying it as I considered it a rip-off. I followed their instructions to the letter as to how to cancel and received notice of cancellation.
Still every month for the last 2, they have been deducting their monthly fee from my checking account. My bank says they can't do anything about it, so I will take it to the higher authorities.
Remember: A trip to the post office and a short weight in line is a heck of a lot better than fighting this crooked company in trying to shut them off when you realize the big rip-off that they are.

I took my complaint to my bank's Fraud Dept as was suggested on this site and insisted that they do something and they did. They spent a lot of time getting to the person who could reverse this fraud. Then they got me on a conference call and after 1/2 hour they responded with a refund and a second cancellation. So, good advice when www.stamps.com will not stop taking money from your account.

I am sorry to hear that you have had problems with Stamps.com. I have used them for about two years know for both my wife's Ebay business and my own business. I have never had a days problem with them, and they save me 10 trips a month to the local post office where the wait is always long. Please post again if you get anymore info so I can be on the lookout for possible problems!
