We dont mind if there are people with a legitimate grievance and I would hope that they would call the customer service. However there are alot of opposition out there that write defaming articles in forums, the internet is not secure and anyone can write anything unless the company being attacked finds out who you are just like we have done with Anna Stancombe.

You obviously dont listen very well. The comment you made regarding the difference in prices in Sniper as against what was in Betfair. You obviously dont know much about Horse racing. Sniper will not let you pay overs therefore it pushes for better odds. For an easy to understand senerio for you if a horse is a 10-1 on the win side and 40-1 on the lay betting side Sniper wont let you except 40-1 it asks for 10-1 then will add on 10% within the next 10 seconds and then another 10% in the next if we cannot get matched at that rate then we dont want to get matched as if you pay over the odds in horse racing you will lose and you will lose BIG. So Robert why dont you get your facts right before writting ridiculas posts when you have no idea what you are talking about. We have many happy clients. We hav'nt had any name changes we have been around for 3 years. Our product will not suit everyone especially those who are looking for a get rich quick schemes or greedy. Its for sensible people that know just to make a bit and often and not to get greedy.
