My wife received in the mail a box of dog treats from postaldogtreats.com. I thought that this was a joke from a friend or family member as we don't even own a dog. I should have been suspicious because the name on the box was not quite her name. When we opened it, we discovered inside a bill for $6.95 that said it was charged to our credit card. I went to my statement online and sure enough there was $6.95 charged from postaldogtreats.com . On that statement I also found a charge from XM Labs for $4.95.

At the point that I saw the $4.95 from XM labs; there were no other fraudulent charges from them on my credit card. I immediately called my credit card company to report the fraudulent activity. They immediately refunded the $4.95 and the $6.95. I guess my credit card company has their B team work Sunday nights because when I called 5 days latter to ask where my new cards were, the lady on the phone said that I was only issued new cards and not new account numbers. By that point it was too late. I saw another charge for $139.95 from XM labs. Again I had to call my credit card company. The day that I saw the charge for $139.95 on my statement, what should show up at my door but an unmarked package from Hollywood, FL. As I already know what this is I will be refusing delivery on this first thing Monday morning. (I received the package on a Saturday.) These guys use delivery confirmation to show that you received the package (even though you never ordered it). I have tried to call XM labs but they answer and tell me that they will call me back.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a scam artist that sells your information to online rip-off agents like XM Labs and PostalDogTreats.com
