XM LABS DEBITED MY ACCOUNT $139.37 FOR A PRODUCT I CANCELLED WITHIN 10 TRIAL PERIOD HOLLYWOOD Florida

I tried a "Free Trial Offer" for Acaiessence for $4.95. They took the money out for that and I have not received the trial product this was 14 days ago. Then I cancelled the order within the 10 day free trial period and 2 days later they billed my credit card for $139.37. I have tried calling the 1-800 number they have on record and a recorder comes on and tells you someone will be with you shortly. Last night I was on hold for 54 minutes before I hung up. They are a rip off and scam. The terms and conditions state that after 30 days you card will be billed for the full product they only waited for 11 days. I called and cancelled and still got billed. I now have to go thru the process at my bank and dispute the transaction.
