XM Labs . Charged 139.99 to my checking account. Never signed up for a free trial. Have no idea how they got my info. Hollywood Florida

Checked my checking account online. Saw a charge for $4.95 on the 23rd of March and then a charge for $139.99 on the 31st. I have never heard of this company or it's product! When I called...I spoke with Brittney who helped me cancel my account. She informed me that they could not refund my money because it was a drug. I never received the product...all I got was the fraudulant charge. She read back my account info to me. The only things correct were my name and the town that I live in. The physical address was bogus and so was the e-mail address that she had on file. I froze the payment with my bank and put it on dispute. I have never heard of this company or it's product...until now. I have no idea how they got into my checking account and will do whatever it takes to make sure that they do not get to keep a penny of my money.
