Yappie Cuttery Rude business people who do not know what they are doing Manassas Virginia

It does not surprise me about Yappie Cuttery. Rip off is not the word for it. The employees are rude; the receptionist is horrible; and the owner is one nasty rude individual. We went to them for about a year with our dogs. My husband works in the area and would pick the dogs up around lunch time having left them early in the morning.

On one occasion, I called to find out why the dogs would not be ready until 6:00 and was told the dogs had been brought in too late. Not true. My husband had arrived about 9:10 but the receptionist said it was after 10:00!

When I questioned the owner, he told me I was too particular about my dogs (gee, I wanted them groomed properly for their breed). He told me to pick up my GD dogs. He used several expletives which I prefer not to repeat.

Peter, appropriate name for him, was equally nasty when my husband went to retrieve the dogs, ungroomed thank goodness and unharmed. He yelled and cursed at my husband and told him to get the hell out of the store or he would call the police. What kind of animal person is that. Needless to say, I was also told by one of the people at a vet's office their dog was injured while at this groomers.

Beware of this place. Dogs are groomed by students who are not always careful. And he has enlarged at another facility! Why deal with nastiness when you can find a caring groomer who will be kind to your dogs. It took another groomer over a year to get my dog's to trust her.
