Andrew Kelley, owner of Yard Barber and Intuitive Home Solutions, was supposed to remove one rotten tree. He started April5 and after 5 weeks of excuses he will no longer answer my texts or calls. It is May 10, 2017 today. He has damaged my property and left a huge mess.
He left a 4 foot stump standing, knocked down part of my retaining wall, left a 10 foot section of the tree in the lake, tore up 9 feet of bulkhead. He also has left 4 big peices of the trunk in my yard.
He said that he is bonded and insured, but will not provide me the company name. He usually does not show up until around noon, but usually does not come when he says he will. His excuse have ranged from all of his workers have the flu, his blades need sharpening, it is raining where he is out, he is back logged, his carpenter really was not a carpenter (that kept him from coming for a week) to the best excuse, "I am waiting"!
After making many promises to return and keep his word, he has not.
Warning: Andrew is a rip off. I do not recommend!

Andrew Kelley has started to use his first name to start another "tree service". He is now using his first name SEAN Kelley. The new business name was changed from Yard Barbers to Urban Tree out of Montgomery, TX. To further bury his complaints he has changed his phone numbers. He left me with hundreds of dollars worth of damage after weeks of inconsistant appearences.
