Yayvo TCS selling fake TV and not honoring cancelled order selling fake Vizio TV despite complains and also not honoring a cancellation refund made right away Karachi Internet

1) They advertise VIZIO TV and say they are official introducers of these in Pakistan market and claim they only sell genuine products and no fake, guess what, the TV is fake and Chinese copy, when contacted VIZIO they say they never made the model which yayvo claims to sell.

2) Upon placing order and realizing this fact the very next morning i went ahead and called them to cancel this order which they say will be cancelled since its not yet shipped and they generated a ticket.

3) Next day guess what, the fake TV arrives at doorstep and they say there is no cancellation mentioned, when i called them they say it might be mistakenly delivered and we will cancel it and refund credit card payment. So don't accept the delivery.

4) After 3 days got an email from TCS again that your TV will be delivered again, frustrated i called them that this order is cancelled why its been delivered again and again to which they say the cancellation is changed to delivery by some staff and they are not sure why, so they will try to cancel it and refund which will take 10 more days. By the time of writing this ( its 9 days already ) they have not communicated with me on this and may  attempt to deliver me that fake TV and will make every effort possible to sell their fake stuff and not refund me.

Shame on yayvo and TCS, the future of e-commerce is corrupted by such companies in Pakistan.
