Core Exporation Inc. has popped up under another name, address and phone number. They are now calling themselves Core Acquisition, Inc. BEWARE!! As I predicted in my original report, they have changed their company name and address. They are still the same cast of characters though looking to scam would be investors out of their hard earned money. Please see copy of original report I filed on 8/3/2007 on them below: I worked for Core Exploration Inc. for 3 weeks. During this time I experienced greed at the highest levels. Instead of running a legitimate oil and gas company, they run a telemarketing operation designed to appear to be an oil and gas company to investors who are ignorant enough to send 25 to 100 thousand dollar checks to them. FYI potential investors (aka suckers) - 5% of your investment goes to the cold caller who calls with a scripted message and speaks to you initially. 15% of your investment goes to the person who follows up and closes the investment and 50% goes to the Mercedes driving, Rolex wearing executives who run this operation. This is not disclosed to the investors for obvious reasons. Jeremy Yowell and Patrick Campbell are the real money makers. Everyone else is just a pawn being used to secure their retirement in Costa Rica. They will drill the oil wells, use a fraction of your investment dollars to drill and simply declare a dry hole. You may receive a few revenue checks. I am almost positive that revenue checks simply consist of other investors money. I did not see or hear of any wells that actually produced?? Investors - beware do not be a victim of the multi million dollar scam!!!! The Department of Labor and the IRS will be speaking to them soon about the difference between 1099 and W-2 - contractors/employees. They have all the benefits of running a boiler room with very strict rules, but do not pay Federal Income Tax, Social Security Tax or Medicare for their supposed employees. Employees/contractors like the tax free money and the 5% - 15% of your investment dollar so they rarely complain. Most of the 'cold callers' are dope addicts and alcoholics, they feel lucky to just get a check. Management likes having weak, financially unstable people working for them. Otherwise their perfect crime might be detected by intelligent, ethical employees/contractors and they may question their business management ethics. The President of Core Exploration is Patrick Campbell. He is the typical gold chain wearing sleaze ball you would picture running an oil and gas scam. He is very good at what he does under the veil of a legitimate oil and gas company. He can talk people out of thousands of dollars simply by speaking to them over the phone and enjoys fanning himself with the checks naive investors send in. Jeremy Yowell of Yowell Marketing/Core Drilling is his partner in this scam. Jeremy is highly intelligent and is convinced that what he is doing is a legal business and is very, very sharp over the phone. He will let you know there is risk involved in your oil investment, but at the same time convince you there is no risk whatsoever. He is young and is a textbook example of an ego-feed personality. The number of investors that are duped is amazing. People who have worked hard for their money are pissing it away on greed, vacations, drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, and fancy cars all for people who they have never meet face to face. Now that there company is being exposed - beware - they will pop up under a different name, performing the same oil and gas scam about oil wells in West Texas. They can't change their names as easily though. So always be on the look out for Patrick Campbell, Jeremy Yowell and the VP that blindly follows them into federal prison - Richard Partin. AUTHOR: Jeremy Yowell - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 03, 2008

We are now CORE ACQUISITION because we are beginning to acquire production verses drilling exploratory wells. It has nothing to do with this report. The person that wrote this report calls themself "strokaholic". That term means your a liar. So they are admitting of not telling the truth. Please read the rebuttal to my their 1st review...also do not believe any of this review, it is bogus!! Our investors are very wealthy and could easily sue us if we cheated them and put us behind bars. They are also very intelligent, so how have we lasted for several years with not one lawsuit, because we do good business.

CORE EXPLORATION IS LEGITIMATE!!!!
My name is Jeremy Yowell, I am the COO of Core Exploration. Unfortunately, a few of my disgruntled ex-employees have decided to unfairly write a report on this forum. This site is an escape-goat that issues revenge from us terminating them. This employee is not aware that I joined the advocacy program this site offers that will let me know who the author of this report is. They offer this service so we can sue for deformation of character...and if it is truly deformation, then the truth sets you free (this is what this site says). In this case we are being attacked unjustly because ex-employees are sour they lost their job. We never had a lawsuit filed against us for any reason, we have over several clients.

I have asked this forum to remove the posting, until they do I will comment on the outlandish remarks from this ex-employee.

Keep in mind this ex-employee worked for us for 3 weeks, and thinks they know the Oil & Gas industry intimately and Core Exploration.

MISLEADING: We run a telemarketing business trying to front as an Oil Company.

TRUTH: We solicit general investors via telephone. We are an investment firm (non-operator) that specializes in oil & gas investments. Our main mission is to partner with operating companies and drill oil & gas wells for high return potential. We own interest in several wells in Texas, along with our investors. We tell everyone, also in writing, that we are the managing partner firm. Every investor that has invested with us has no confusion with our role in these investments and what kind of company we are. We do not actually drill the wells and every investor knows that...that's why we put the operator's name in big black letters!! Our goal is to find reputable operators and buy into their projects and use investor dollars, and our dollars, to spread the risk over several projects. Putting all your money into a few projects a year would be costly' specially if you where hit dry-holes. Instead, we would rather own small positions in several wells and use investor dollars to help us fund the drilling cost. We record every phone call and would be willing to let any potential investor or agency listen to how we approach the investors....very straight forward.

The employee that I think wrote this report was reprimanded because he was misrepresenting information to the prospects. I have his phone call recorded and it definitely proves he's a liar. I also have over 10 witnesses that attest to me telling him that he needs to change his elaboration/lying habits and be more clear/honest. That's why he is no longer with us, he didn't want to change. Any regulatory agency will hold him accountable knowing he didn't have to lie.

MISLEADING: Executives get 50% of investment and we pay our sales people 5% for cold-calling and 15% goes to closer.

TRUTH: 5% is commission for cold-callers, but the closer gets up to 10%....not 15%. The executives get paid on the difference of actual drilling costs verses turnkey mark-up. If we mark-up the investment another 20% on top of the sales commission, it's for overhead, prospectus books, leads and salaried help. The difference of actual overhead verses mark-up is what the executives receive as compensation from the investment dollars. That figure is no-where near 50% of the investment...more like 5%. If the project ends up costing Core Exploration more that the investment placed, Core pays the overage. That's the risk we assume when offering these investments full turn-key. When we do profit from mark-up verses overhead differences, its because we assume the overage risk.

I drive a Mercedes E550 (I also have good credit and was able to get a low interest rate) and I do have a Rolex (which I purchased for half of its normal retail price). Not because I rip-off investors, but because I am successful at what I do, which is ethically overseeing an investment firm. After all, what would you expect from an oil and gas investment firm executive? Would you want to invest with someone that drives a beat-up old car and does not care to take pride in their wardrobe?

MISLEADING: We just declare dry-hole and use investor dollars to send fraudulent revenue checks.

TRUTH: We have definitely drilled dry-holes. We definitely have also drilled producing wells. All producing wells and dry-holes are regulated by the Texas Railroad Commission. They govern all drilling in the state of Texas and all well reports and data is public records. We have filed certified forms that are approved by the TRC that shows wells where dry, inspected and deemed non-commercial. Also we have production forms and statements that show wells are producing and what amount they produced. Anyone that is interested we will gladly show proof that we have producing wells and that we send revenue checks form the actual revenue generated from the well. We do not scam our investors and can prove it easily!!

MISLEADING: We do not know the difference between 1099 & W-2 and hire drug addicts.

TRUTH: We know the difference and can show we report and pay our taxes!! We do not hire anyone we know is on drugs.

MISLEADING: President, Patrick Campbell is a sleaze-ball and enjoys gloating over investor checks.

TRUTH: He is not the President, The CEO!! So the author of this does not pay close attention! Patrick is very clean cut, no where near a sleaze ball! He is very disciplined and it shows from his impeccable wardrobe, stellar work ethic, excellent investor fulfillment, and to his 5 day-a-weak in the gym routine for 15 years. When investors send their money in we get excited, because we developed another relationship with an investor. The more investors we have, the more wells we drill, the more money we all make.

MISLEADING: Jeremy Yowell says their is no risk in these deals.

TRUTH: I always explain the risk verses probability of success. We have lost investor dollars drilling dry-holes and also send revenue checks out for successful wells. I never have stated their is no risk!!! I even put it on the ROI charts in very big black bold letters, that no returns are guaranteed and you could lose your money. I record all phone calls that I make, they will prove that I do not promise 'no risk' or guarantee anything.

BOLD FACE LIE!! We buy prostitutes, drugs and etc...

TRUTH: THAT STATEMENT IS NOT AT ALL TRUE!! I CANT BELIEVE SOMEONE WOULD GO TO THAT LEVEL OF INSULTING! WHAT A BOLD FACE LIE!!!

SUMMARY:

In our industry someone that lies to you is called a stoker. For example, if a prospect says he will invest and never does, but keeps telling he will; that's a stroker....he's lying to you. The author of this report named himself strokaholic, thats means your addicted to stroking or lying!! What it comes down to is that this ex-employee is mad that we terminated them. So they are trying to do everything to get us back by writing this forum. My guess is that the author of this report didn't reveal their name because they don't want to be proven a liar in court (deformation of character).

In 2-3 days I will have the author's name and information and I will take them to court.

If your an investor that wants to invest with Core Exploration, I will gladly prove to you we are legitimate.

Please feel free to contact me and also go to our website and see actual drilling pictures form successful wells!

Jeremy Yowell
