The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Jeremy Cheney during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Yoobly Inc.

Yoobly is a company that works with network marketers to help train them on how to be more efficient, how to have systems in place, how to market, and how to get more people involved. Jeremy Cheney stated the following about the vision for his company, "we train them a little bit more on how to be able to go through and just be able to attract people. We talk to them a bit about how to use the Internet, how to use social media as well, and to help them...most people, we find just don't have good systems in place. They are taught to just go out there and talk to friends and family, but they just don't have systems. So, we wanted to come in and provide some resources, some software, some different things where we can go through and help them. Work with people to be able to help them to actually find people that would be interested in the products and services."

Leads for Yoobly are obtained through different avenues including Facebook, Linkedin, and other social media forums. Mr. Cheney went on to explain the sales and services process begins with the individual consumer responding to an ad that expresses growing their business. From there, "they will, a lot of times, sign up for a webinar and watch it. That just educates them on push marketing and pull marketing. We really focus on more of the pull marketing. So then they'll go through and actually sign up for a trial, to the software, get some education and training, right off the original webinar. And then we'll go through and speak with them, and then provide support for them."

During the onsite interview Mr. Cheney was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Cheney expressed that sometimes clients have unrealistic expectations about their products, "at the end of the day we're going to help you with education and training, and so a lot of what we do is really hold people accountable. I know everybody wants the quick satisfaction, overnight success stuff. So for us it's just really helping people." While this is not a common complaint for Yoobly, "we are always about communication. We jump right on with the customer, call them up, chat with them, and find out what their expectations are."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Cheney expressed that the complaints were primarily in regards to miscommunication about their services. Mr. Cheney provided the following rebuttal, "our students are going to have success on Yoobly if they stick with it. It's just like anything else, they have to do it. We don't promise them the moon, we don't make guarantees, we don't make earning claims, we just state that we are going to work with them no matter what until they get success."

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Cheney stated, "we're really unique...more than other companies. This customer didn't follow through on the work and effort. She didn't place ads like promised to get leads. We still went through and refunded her. We are as pro-active as possible reaching out to help people overcome any and all hurdles.

Please beware that Yoobly is preying on MLM companies and nice people hoping to find someone who can walk them through setting up an on-line lead capture system that allows you to add people effortlessly to your downline.


They will hook you in by telling you about one successful person who made it way up by using their system, promise you a full return on your investment within the first 6 months, take your $4,500 and never perform.


Their coaching seems amazing at first. You will spend countless hours setting up a landing page, creating an e-book and dozens of e-mail responders.


They will then help you set up Facebook ads to the tunes of many hundreds of dollars, most of which do not work and do not produce viable leads.  They will encourage you to keep going, keep testing, you'll eventually find an ad that is a homerun, etc all on your dime.


When you start pushing back and questioning their results, they will quit responding to your e-mails, discontinue allowing you to book coaching appointments, kick you out of their Facebook groups, make sure you can't respond negatively on any of their running ads to solicit more suckers.


It's very sad as I believe the concept is amazing and they could make their company one that others would refer consistently IF they actually did what they promised they would do.


Stay away from this company as they are full of empty promises, they have no desire to see you be successful, they are simply adding as many people as they possible can at $4,500, putting them to work for months, only to be very disappointed with the end results.  They will then tell you that you didn't give it your all and do everything they told you to do. Trust me, I did everything and gave it over a year. Investment $4,500 - Results $0.
