My wife has been involved in this Yor Health "business" since October 2011 and has yet to realize a profit as of January 2013. In fact running up her credit card in expenses for outrageous trips to Cancun and Las Vegas, auto gasoline and mileage wear and tear, incurring thousands of text messages a month and phone calls trying to recruit, and spending incredible hours day and night all for a hope...
 
It is a legal pyramid scheme that readilly admits to being a social network more than a profit making business for the reps. It has become a  network family and displaced  real family with promises of riches and rewards which simply are not mathematically possible except for the top of the pyramid - for reference see yor health's own disclosure statements for years 2011 and 2012 available at the website: www.yorhealth.com/opportunity/disclosures.aspx?localetype=1033

the 2012 disclosure as compared to the 2011 disclosure conveniently leaves out statistics on the number of reps and the % active compared to 2011 stats. None the less it also does not disclose the average expenses that reps must incur either. And as you will note in the footnotes the average income is $0.00 and that excludes expenses so basically probably 99% of all reps lose money - but maybe they have a good time spending their own money going to Cancun and Vegas and beyond.

This is a horrible mundane business that preys on the weak and down and out. Its just another powder and vitamin business that lures people into a family support network, provides entertainment on weekends in the form on Saturday nite 'team fun nites", "Sunday Connect" sessions, and other weekday,weekend and weeklong celebrations to bring in new recruits, socialize and "network".

I attended one of these Sunday connect sessions and could not believe how ridiculous it was and that one of the more "successful" reps got up on stage and proceeded to say " you too can ride in a limo and drink champagne" (sic) - how awful a thing to say to people in light of this economy to portray such an objective...

Take a look at all the festivals these people do on YOUTube. We find it disgraceful that this Dennis Wong et. al. (prior FTC indictments) could provide such venue and atmosphere and paid consultants to give such ridiculous speeches. 

I am asking Attorney Generals, lawyers and other law enforcement officials to look into the business practices of Yor health in each state  and possible interstate commerce violations as well as international cross border violations.
 
Alot of these reps also buy and sell products of your health for their own cash benefit and have transactions via paypal etc and probably never report income to the IRS

I have yet to see a w2 or 1099 from YOR Health for my wife's business activities so suffice it to say that a years worth of work has yielded less than the IRS minimum to require the company to bother with a 1099...
You can assume correctly that this YOR Health business has put a strain on family finances, marriage and well being of family.
