Young Inviting Beauty Ivanola Skin Serum Charged my account without permission - created an account I was not aware of Nationwide - California?

I ordered a sample of skin care and was told I only had to pay shipping of $4.95. When I ordered I stated that I didn't want anything further and I was not to be charged anything additional.   I received the SMALL sample and not impressed.

I noticed a charge of $89.92 on my account.  I asked the bank about this and they reported I had also been charged the same amount last month (which I did not catch).  I called the phone number provided immediately; after a 20 minute wait I spoke to Clarisa. 

I told her I had expressly stated I didn't want anything additional nor was my account to be billed for anything other than the $4.95.  She said since I didn't call to cancel my subscription within 15 days I would not receive last months charge and she would only credit me 1/2 of this months.  What the heck?????

I didn't have an account, never authorized one, nor received anything besides the small sample container.  She said she'd cancel my account, again WHAT account.

I want my entire amount that I was charged refunded to me immediately.  I have informed my bank and filed a claim.

Do you know if I can go to the better business bureau?

On the emails I received they are also known as Ivanola Skin Serum as well as Yound Inviting Beauty.
