Your Better Tomorrow Scam! Lying about sending Refund Blaine Washington

I saw an ad for a Stop Smoking CD for $1.99 which included only shipping and handling. When going through the process of making an order it does not state any other charges will be made. 

I received the original CD only to notice a week later that my account had been charged $84.85. I did however receive a package from them. When I recongized this, I called immediately and spoke with someone they said if I returned the package I would receive a refund within 10 days of them receiving the return. 

I have been calling every couple of weeks and continue to get the run around. Here it is November and I still have not received my refund. I choose to cancel my debit card after I realized what had happened. I was told I would be receiving a paper check and they have confirmed my address. This last phone call they wanted to issue it through PayPal.  I will not let up on them, even if it takes me calling everyday.
