Zak Nathan is a crook. He ripped me off and owes me money. I was working with Zak as I found investors to buy stock from us. After they sent me the money, he never gave me the stock to send them. I put myself in jeopardy with the law. I thought he and I were friends but found after I asked to spend Thanksgiving with his family, because I had no where to go and he said no, that our friendship was a one sided farse. I was hurt he said that as I was taking legal risk to make him money. Now I have attorney's calling me and sending me letters that they are going to sue me if I don't give the stock to these investors. With friends like Zak Nathan who needs enemies.

Someone is writing bad things about Zak Nathan that are untrue. Zak is a good guy with a heart of gold. I guess when you do nice things for people, someone always gets jealous.

Anyone that knows Zak Nathan knows that we enjoy a sincere friendship and strong business relationship. Zak is a person of the highest ethical and moral standards. Many people are jealous of him. Why someone chose to create an account on this website and impersonate me is beyond me. If you have something negative to say about someone at least have the courage to use your real name.

If you know Zak, then you most likely know me and know how to reach me. I will gladly speak to anyone who questions the lies the fake "Hugh" posted here and set the record straight.

You were taken by a CON MAN.That is their job -- to separate people from their money using whatever means they can and they use people and don['t give a d**n about what happens to anyone ONCE THEY GET WHAT THEY WANT!

Sounds like your good friend is just another generic, run of the milol psychopath/sociopath.

YOU WERE USED, DISCARDED AND LEFT HOLDING THE BAG just like bernie madoff's ponzi operation.

Didn't you get a clue, you MUST HAVE, when you said in your post:

STOCK FRAUD IS A FEDERAL CRIME WITH FEDERAL CRIME.
