Zales Beware Zales sells Bad Diamonds and then rigs their billing practices so that if they do not receive your monthly payment in a 3 day time frame you are charged huge late fees! Even if you make your payment EARLY!! Internet

I purchased a Diamond ring online from ZALES. The irng has huge obvious black streaks all throughout the Diamonds- I waited to long to return the ring because I dodn't want to hurt my hisnads feelings- but when friends started noticing the black marks- I knew it was REALLY bad!! I am so embarrassed to wear this ring- I no longer wear it! A Diamond dealer told me the ZALES diamonds were worth about $25 dollars a piece!
To make matters worse ZALES has a billling technique that really sitcks it to you! Basically if your payment is not receieved within a tiny time frame that ZALES determines- (like 3 days!) then you will be charged a late fee- even if your payment is received eary!- If it arrives too early- it is applied to your bill- but is not applied as that months payment! So you get a late fee! Unbelievable isn't it!

Zales also does not have automatic bill pay- as that would allow consumers to pay thier bill on the correcxt date- and therefor ZALES wouldn't be able to charge the late fees!
ZALES company is verging on criminal- Dont buy ZALES no matter what!
