Some lawyer should take this guy down for Rackettering or RICO. This has happen so many time that its going to happen again.
Took over domain name account and changed all passwords. Took over server and site. The usually for this guy, has done this more than once and convicted of copyright infringement in case AC Direct Vs Kevin Kemp.
Sad at 47 years old he had to rely on a 29 year old for survival, and has to use me to get what he wants. Thats the truth, he was riding a bike when I first met him. Worked for a fake Company OrandoWebdesigns.net or owdx.com whatever, but know I guess since he stole my domain name account, he wants to act like the president of zerogravitybed, but he knows it, he will be trying to cash someone's check. Not only did I get him a car, furnish his home, It is still my name on his penthouse lease. See he sees nothing wrong with this. Since he get into my personal phone account to put a phone in his name, he got into my personal paypal account. Paid him 45k to have a website, still haven't received it.
Did some research online and did a background check.
He has a problem, and drug abuse problem and many other problems. When he was arrested for doing cocaine he thought that it was the polices problem. When he ran from the police or fled from the police he thought that was their problem. When he stole another persons website he thought that was their problem. When a little girl was molested and former employee he though it was time to get that guy out of town. When he went to jail for 16 days, he though it was my fault. When I had to file personal bankruptcy to try to keep the business running, he thought that was my fault.
Check into people with the personality, its going to ruin and destroy everything.
The sad thing is that government lets people like this get around things like the above without a criminal offense, which you should do a background check. There is nothing different from a bank robber and Kevin Kemp, just that instead of robbing a bank, he robs you.
There will be more later. This is just what the judge can look at.

yeah a mattress salesman that was selling millions online many years before meeting you. Oh yeah I paid you to do the work. I didn't get paid....
Well let a judge decide. Plus you took the domain name and you and girl started a company. Oh yeah then you guys failed miserable, so much for your amazing ecommerce and marketing and advertising. Thats wack man no ROI.

John Baxter Orlando Fl. continues to make up lies. What a poor distorted person. His problems began when he tried to go behind everyones back and cut a side deal. He was discovered as a habitual liar that owns no loyalty to anyone but himself.
John Baxter's life has now become difficult and he can't get a job or even work for himself since he has no education or talent. Can you blame Kevin for finally giving up on him? I don't.
John Baxter used Kevin's resume and experience to try to get work. He is a mattress salesman and has never done anything on his own hits entire life. He even used Don Depaulis and cut him out of a deal the first chance he got.
John Baxter should have never been trusted after he cut Don Depaulis out. It was obvious he had no loyalty.
Don't trust John Baxter of Orlando Fl. He is half insane and liar. He also stole. The Orlando Police have the report. Kevin asked the police not to arrest John when he could have had John Baxter arrested for numerous crimes.

Although Kevin Kemp Orlando never showed up for work for months on in with the susupended license for a reason I will not get into because it involves the law. The straw that broke the camels back with the constant no show and content police arrest. With Kevin Kemp of Orlando in Jail what else can you do when advertising dollars cost more than the products being sold, and him locking the company out of all important things, you have nothing but to shut down the company, especially when he gets you 500k in the hole.
"John just let me log into the domain name I need to updated something" Was the last thing I heard of Kevin Kemp of Orlando he and his girlfriend Katerina Fedotov started a company called Zerogravitybed.com llc changed the server and changed the domain name. You can check that on sunbiz.org yourself
Of course with this type of fello you always go bankrupt this is not the first time. ACDirect.com was another one of Kevin's favorite pastimes by taking the domain name out from under the real owner. He thinks he owns everything especially when he put not a dollar into them. Kevin still waiting on your 400,000 dollars to help grow the business, not bad for someone who drove a bike to work LOL
This is not someone you can go into business with the intent of staying in business. His ego is so big, he thinks everything is his, if he truely only could take 30 seconds and see who he really is.
The judge can decide these things, then your ballet school can go under too when it gets sued.
