My husband accepted a collect call from me which totalled up to $24.80 with taxes included for 8 minutes.

This call was only 40 miles from where we live, and I was not told of the charges beforehand. It comes to about $2.75 for each minute! This is an exorbitant amount to pay for any kind of collect call.
