charged credit card

took 8 days to ship (so they said they shipped)

they claim all orders ships within 24 hours.

never received the order

claimed they shipped (no tracking number)

I have sent numerous emails requestiong any shipping information, no reply.

I have requested by email nother shipment or a full refund, no reply.
