Part-1 Dreaming

I left my minivan at Ziebart for "Complete Interior, Exterior Detailing" and Window Tint. I got price from another place for window tint for $160 with more options, color etc.,  Ziebart, Syracuse gave me $199 pricing. I visited their website and I printed $25 value coupon and I thought that since I will be also getting "Complete Interior, Exterior Detailing", there will be no mess in my minivan if the tint films are installed by the Ziebart. They also promised me a warranty documents for a life time warranty of the films against shading, peeling, air bubbles etc. Over all, tint was going to cost me $175 and my minivan will have a new car look and smell with their completer interior and exterior detailing.

Part-2 Wake Up Call

I went back to Ziebart to pick my minivan at the same day after the work. First I checked the "complete detailing" part. Oh my!! They didn't even scrub the steering wheel right in front of my eyes. The cup holders are dirtier than I left, and detergent waters in them. The mirrors are full of dirt spots. There used to be a brown spot in the middle of the floor carpet, they spread it all over the floor.  No wash, no detailing. The only thing I saw was the tires of the minivan got darker somehow. The lady who is responsible at the customer service desk told me "It is a big difference, right?" I don't know if she though that I am a blind or something.  I said "This is not a pleasant experience with your company".  Anyway it was a long talk back and forth. 

How about tint?
The same lady who promised me a very professional work and  having a life time warranty with them on the phone said "-I didn't say such a thing". There were air bubbles and dust particles under the film and they told me it will go away in about a week; I don't think that will happen. Plus they didn't accept the $25 coupon saying that tint was done with a promotion price. Just ripoff. 

Result
I will never go to their shop for their services and I don't recommend anybody who wants to get these kind of services through them. They stole my money  not fulfilling their promises. Please be aware and record your conversations with them, and don't pay without getting the promised services, because they just will reject them once you paid them. Don't get hurt!
