this is a free trial offer scam. i agreed to receive a free trial bottle of allumineye skin cream. I also agreed to pay $4.95 for s&h. when the product arrived, they also included a trial sized container of allumiderm skin (which i did not order) cream. since i didn't orider it, i assumed it was just a free sample Less than two weeks after I received these items, over$175.00 was charged to my credit card by these people. i went through a living hell trying to get my money back. in the end, i was only able to recover 75% of what they stole from me. i later found out that the ftc has filed a law suit against these free trial offer skin care companies. i sincerely hope this company is being sued also. i could take them to small claims court and i could win. because they wouldn't bother to show up. i could get a judgement but i'd never be able to collect plus i'd get stuck with the court cost! my only source of satisfaction here is that tbis complaint might stop others from sending them anymore money.

How to get your money back

I was also scammed by this company. I ordered my skin care for 4.95 shipping and 10 days later was charged $89.95 by the same company. I called to dispute the charge and was on hold for over an hour and a half before the line was disconnected without speaking to someone. My next move was to call my bank, which thankfully was the right one. Some banks can now stop payments from companies with "Yes" checked on the recurring payment tab. Never once was I notified of any charge or subscription service I was signing on too. Since the bank was aware of this, they stopped all incoming payments to my card AND disputed the charge as fraud. I will receive my money back in 10 days time. She also told me that you should always use a credit card for these types of purchases and you will receive your money back immediately since it's not your money it's the banks, and that customer service for these types of companies make money off of how much they DON'T give back to people like us.
