In addition to daily harassing phone calls if you don't take the course, the course itself is worthless to anyone who actually wants to help homeowners in foreclosure as opposed to those who only wish to sell more courses to more unsuspecting consumers.

Do not buy their course.  It's a scam.  Don't sell it either, you are being bought off.

They told me the class was taught by attorneys. In fact, the only attorney that "teaches" is on Monday morning to give the "introduction and welcome" to the class.

They told me I would be able to negotiate a settlement easily as a non-attorney. I've discovered banks won't listen to anyone without a bar number. If you are not a licensed attorney, they will just put you in a holding pattern doomed for failure.

They told me I would be given work from their company. Instead they asked me to bring them clients and asked me to sign a "marriage document" of a non-compete.

They told me to read the testimonials from their former students. They didn't tell me that others had posted negative material they refused to post on their website, I had to learn that from calling their former students myself.

They told me they were the only nationally certified school, but there is no such thing as national certification. The only certification I would get would be from another company they themselves had formed to certify their own courses.

Then I started asking around. They list all their "graduates" on their website, along with their "testimonials". I started to call them.

I spoke with one who told me that NAMU.org was founded in January BY CFLA in order to "certify" their students so they could claim national certification by a non-profit company.

He also said he was unimpressed with the calibur of their teaching, specifically stating the teachers were unable to calculate an APR rate. He said he allowed them to certify him on their website, because why not? He didn't ask for his money back because he figured he just got scammed and learned his lesson. He is based on Orlando. He struck a deal with them for 10K a month to teach their course for them. Which their sales force will sell for him.

Andrew Lehman called anyone complaining with an offer of the same deal. He won't give a refund, it admits guilt. He offered clients to do his audits for him. I refused because his product isn't worth the paper it's written on as far as negotiations for the benefit of the homeowner are concerned.

Mortgage evaluations must be done by an attorney and negotiated by an attorney in order to have any chance of success for the homeowner. Only an attorney doing the examination can comment competently on contract and tort law causes of action a homeowner may have against his or her lender.

The BBB Is 100% Useless And A Well Known Con-Game!

AUTHOR: Momo - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 18, 2019

"It Starts With Trust" is what the BBB says and they are absolutely right because you CANNOT TRUST the BBB and all their PHONY BS! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB is NOT part of ANY law enforcement body. The BBB is NOT the "Business Police".

The BBB with all their PHONY BS cannot force or order ANY business to do anything. A business doesn't get "awarded" a rating because they have such a stellar reputation. The PHONY BBB "accreditation" and PHONY "rating" are BOUGHT and SOLD items to ANY business which wants to pay the price!

As such, these PHONY RATINGS are just as important as buying a PHONY college degree to hang on your wall which says you're a brain surgeon. It's a JOKE, plain and simple! The BBB calls themselves "the bureau" because they think you are too stupid to figure out they are NOT part of law enforcement. It's all a game of DECEPTION!

If a business chosen not to play into the BBB. con-game, they get a PHONY rating of "F". As soon as they BUY into the con-game, they get a higher PHONY RATING. People who have been in business for longer than 15 minutes know all about the BBB GAME and the BBB SHAKEDOWN.

I wouldn't trust ANYTHING you get from the BBB-BS website. It's a very obvious PAY FOR PLAY con-game which is known throughout the business community.

CFLA helped save my home - Thanks!

AUTHOR: Jay Von Frank - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 20, 2011

Just a fair note of thanks to CFLA for assisting my lawyer with saving my home using CFLA's Securitization report that showed BofA was paid back 70% of my mortgage by Credit-Default-Swaps or (CDS).

I have found CFLA to be courteous, professional and a great help to proving my case against the bank and I hope that CFLA will continue their fight to support the little guy and his lawyer against the titans and their assault against the 30% of America being foreclosed upon today.

Thanks CFLA!

COMPETITOR ~ Trying to Damage CFLA Excellent Reputation

AUTHOR: Ms. Robinson - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 08, 2011

CFLA is NationalLy recognized as the "Industry Leading Experts," see BBB Rating.

Clearly CFLA is looking forward and not back at the "Copy Cats" and/or "Industry Competitors" that are trying hard to compete with CFLA.

Reasons why no other company can compete meaningfully with
CFLA:

(1) CFLA has trained and Certified more than 500 executive
professionals

(2) CFLA employs more than 150 Independent Contractors
nationwide

(3) CFLA utilizes "proprietary" software programs
that search and find loan data un like that which would be available on the
marketplace.

(4) CFLA employees and staff are the most highly competent,
well educated, and well respected professionals in the industry

(5) All of the Industries leading experts are employed by
CFLA, if you think you are one of the industry leaders call us today and you
have a job!

(6) CFLA's price points on files are far lower than would be
possible for a small outfit given the high prices for the software and labor
required.

(7) CFLA produces more than 1,000 reports per month.

HUD Non profit solutions for homeowners

AUTHOR: Rollin - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, March 17, 2011

While I agree that no cost solutions are an option and are free from concerns about scams and manipulations the concern is that they are generally less effective than a paid resource.

The community groups are slammed and under staffed and with the exception of the occasional altruist the best individuals to protect homeowners are unfortunately highly paid attorneys.

If a homeowner can find an attorney with the experience and knowledge to protect them from predatory lending practices, wrongful foreclosure, or being given the standard modification run around by their lender then they are probably more likely to achieve success paying for the help.

The downside is of course that there is a risk.  But isn't there a risk in pursuing a remedy for no cost as well?  The results from any action may be nothing so the best anyone can do is put themselves in the best possible situation to effect an outcome that they are pleased with.

I understand the safety of not paying for a service in these matters and for those who can't afford it please seek out assistance from your local groups or contact an attorney and see if they will accept your case on payments or pro bono but please don't confuse free for successful.

This Complaint is from a COMPETITOR trying to damage our reputation!!!!

AUTHOR: CFLA, LLC - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, August 13, 2010

CFLA is the Nation's largest and most well respected Forensic Loan Audit & Litigation Support Company with more than 100 employees nationwide.

Having training and certified more than 200 students, CFLA has never received one substantiated complaint about its course.  In fact, CFLA maintains an A rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Moreover, CFLA has more than 10,000 Attorney clients nationwide offering Forensic loan Audits, Securitization Audits, and Civil Complaints {all 50 jurisdictions) [i.e. predatory lending lawsuits]

It is a shame that these person[s] making this complaint are completely uninformed about our leading and cutting edge Forensic Loan Auditor Certification Training (32 hrs) course and trying to disparge the superior reputation of CFLA.

The person who filed this complaint also filed the same complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the Better Business Bureau found her complaint to be "Wholly without merit," and "Not worthy of further consideration."
