Many consumers purchasing vehicle service contracts from Smart Choice Protection LLC of Cummings, Georgia and Motor Vehicle Services / DCI Warranty Services LLC of West Plains, Missouri report that when issues actually arise with the vehicles the contracts have been purchased for the companies find loop-holes and reasons not to fulfill the service contract! Costing consumers thousands on top of thousands for the service contract & actual repairs!
