In a blog posted by Faris Ghani on March 17, 2014, http://faris-ghani.blogspot.com/2014/03/sales-motivational-quotes-faris-ghani.html, he quotes Brian Tracy:

"Develop the winning edge; small differences in your performance can lead to large differences in your results."

Does that mean that Mr. Ghani's "winning edge" signifies stealing from his employer, Dr. Abubakr Atiq Durrani, so that Ghani's kids can go to private school?

Theft is what got Mr. Ghani in trouble in the first place when he got arrested for stealing from another employer.

It looks like the apple does not fall far from the Pakistani apple tree because a former employer of Faris Ghani is now facing federal felony health care fraud charges.

Dr. Abubakar Atiq Durrani is a defendant in a class action lawsuit where 160 patients claim that the Paki doctor fraudulently convinced them that they needed surgeries that were deemed unnecessary by fellow surgeons.  Several of his patients claim their low back conditions were worse following the surgery.

In a lawsuit against the former Faris Ghani employer, those patient claim that their surgeries were botched.

Federal investigators alleged that the surgeon performed the unnecessary surgeries and fraudulently billed health insurance companies and Medicare for millions of dollars.

Since this story broke in February 2013, the former surgeon has had his medical licenses suspended both in Ohio and Kentucky.

Faris A Ghani is a former employee of the doctor from whom Mr. Ghani had been embezzling money from his company's funds.  Back in 2006, Mr. Ghani had been arrested for theft from a different employer, charged, convicted, and had served 1 year probation.  He has had his criminal record expunged but our reporters at RipoffReport were able to get the case number prior to the expunction.

It is not known whether or not Mr. Ghani will testify on behalf the federal government against his former boss who fled the US to his native Pakistan and has never been heard from since.

Dr. Durrani will be tried in absentia as of today.

Well, you can't undo the past.  What is done is done.  You just now have to live with a bad reputation because the entire world knows what you did to get arrested.  How does it feel to not have a steady job because you stole from your employer?  All for what?  To put your kids in a good school like that one dude said in this thread?

I know he is a thief, fired from Center For Advanced Spine Technologies for embezzlement! He stole thousands of dollars to pay for his kids private school tutition, personal trips, took loans out in CAST name saying they were for remodeling and such with new office buildings. In our beautiful religion of Islam, we do not condone theft.  In fact, in our ancient religious culture, your hand would be cut off for stealing.  Fortunately, I am against cutting off one's hands and am in favor of public humiliation.

In his pointless attempt to "move down" in the Google results his court case regarding theft, Mr. Faris A Ghani created a new website at http://farisghani.com where he uses a false toll-free phone number and a Google map of the greater Cleveland, Ohio area.

If you asked me, if he is professing to be something he is not on his new website, you must question how much of his theft case is false.  Reputation and credibility are big for any employer who looks to hire a new employee for their company.

If Mr. Faris A Ghani believes that providing half-truths about his "business development" would score points with a new employer, then I would watch out for crooks such as these.

From what I heard, that thief, Faris A Ghani, sold his house on Randall Dr and may be living at 7886 Woodglen Drive in West Chester, Ohio 45069.

I am not surprised to see this post.  When he worked for us, we suspected Faris A Ghani for theft at our bank but were unable to prove it.  He was smart to leave before we caught him in the act.

How can this be me when I am not a physician assistant.  You have the wrong person. 

If we have you confused with somebody else and if you have nothing to hide, then why are you using your initials "FG" instead of your full name?  Is it because you really DO have something to hide?

According to the transcript, you hired a lawyer to handle your theft case.  You were convicted of this crime and had to pay a fine and court costs.  Now if this is all a misunderstanding, then why did you pay $2500+ dollars for a lawyer and court costs.  Was it out of the goodness of your heart to give to public the court system?

Why does the probation office have a listing for a Faris Ghani who served 12-months of supervised release as a sentence for your conviction?

How do you explain your time in Dubai?  Was it because you could not find a job in your field with a criminal record in Ohio?

Now if that is not you, then what other Faris Ghani is in Cincinnati with the same date of birth?

Please do not pay attention to anything this individual us writing about me.  I have many people supporting me regarding this.  I believe this person has me confused with someone else.

If this is a false accusation as you say it is, then why is it that in the Hamilton County Court of Clerk's office, there is a Faris Ghani, with a birthdate of December 8, who was indicted for a theft charge back in 2006?  This Faris Ghani also happens to be from Cincinnati, Ohio.

Perhaps it was not in April 2006 but was in March 2006?  What part of this allegation is NOT true?

Is it coincidence that there is another Faris Ghani who graduated from Summit Country Day, has the exact same birthdate, and has a theft conviction which is now expunged?

If this is REALLY you, then why are you trying to hide your past misdeeds by claiming that it is false?  Your theft conviction is NOW public record that will haunt you for the rest of your life.  If you lie about your past, you are no different than the person who committed the theft.

You made a choice to steal from somebody and made a pointless attempt to hide your past with an expunction.  If anybody is to blame for your theft conviction, it is YOU.

It must be hard for him to find a job with a theft conviction on his background.  Any company he is associated with might not have a good reputation it has a convicted thief as an employee.
