While searching the web for information about Franklin credit mnanagement corp. I was amzaed to see how many people have fallen into the same situation as my husband and myself. his company has swindled us out of our house and we are no forced to move our family.

Due to hardships we had fallen behind on the mortgage. So we had called up franklin credit and they referred us to the loss mitigation unit, who then said that they could not help and told us to call the foreclosure department. My husband and I had spoken to the representative who asked why we needed to adjust our mortgage, we explained the situation the representative stated that yes we could work out a new repayment plan and it would be reevaluated in 6 months and we would go from there, He had said that we needed to send in a "good faith payment  of $1200 by the end of the month and that our new payments would be $1700 per month. Needless to say we sent in the first payment on-time and called the representative He stated that they did recieve it and that we put in the papers to take the house off the foreclosure listing and sale day. he following month we sent in our second payment, we had tried to call the representative but only got his voice-mail, we tried for several weeks and no response.

It was the third month and thats when we had recieved the letter from Franklin credit stating that our payments were rejected and the house was sold at auction the previous month. My heart dropped, I called the representative who amazingly answered the phone this time, I asked him are you sure everything is okay with our mortgage ? He looked it up and answered...well there was a problem and stated there was nothing else he could do as the house was sold. My husband and I went into shock... we felt and still feel that we were robbed. Now we are going through the courts trying to fight the eviction process. We had faith in the company the represenatitive assurd us everything was okay and he had taken it off the auction, Now we have no idea on what else to due, this company...there are no words that I can write to describe franklin credit.
