Would definitely not use this business again. We had our condominium building re-roofed by AP Roofing several years ago. What you get in the sales pitch and what you end up with when the work is done are entirely two different things. If you do hire them, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. They talk a great talk when selling you the roof, but they do not deliver with their work. We had four roof drains they said they would replace with copper drains. 

They only did three and plugged the other one permanently. Now we have severe pounding on the roof and all the drains are still higher than the level of the roof which they "promised" to fix when the sales guy talked to us. Be on the roof and watch everything they do. Question everything and don't give them their final payment till you've had the roof inspected by an outside inspector!!
