Blue Box Sundays Jerome Walls Bryan Christopher Moon Tyrone Marples Kelly Blue Box Sundays I asked the manager at Rue Stantion location about a service for new customers. I was treated rudely and told to wait outside. Then the manager came and talked to me and said that I was not a new customer. I was really confused about everything because the manager talked so fast and just cared about what she could talk me into buying not about having a new loyal customer. I bought a package I thought was the best until I realized I didn't need it the next day I asked for a downgrade and they refused because they insisted I was not a new customer. They claimed I new what I was buying when I bought it. When I tried to tell her I was confused she was rude and said no. I never want to go back she made me feel aweful! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I could not understand why she would help me but Blue Box Sundays lost a customer they could have had for the long term. Montreal Quebec Author:
