state-investigation-department I john andrsde took out a payday loan a few years ago. I recently tried to get another one and I was contacted by a company that calls themselves The State Investigation Department. They call me all day long. They say that I owe $1250.00 on a pay day loan and I told them that I payed over $1500 on that loan. They told me that they do not have any records of me paying any money on the loan.
