THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!  Bank of America sent us information to use
NCCI to assist us with possible loan mod options.  We scheduled an appt
with a guy name Eric in the California Office for Wednesday, June 8,
2011 at 7:00 pm.  This appt was scheduled on The previous Thursday. On
Saturday morning a guy showed up from their office.  We explained that
we had a scheduled appt for Wednesday and he said no worries.  On
Wednesday, surprise surprise they never showed up.  We called
immediately and spoke to a lady named Camille on Wed June 8,2011 at 7:10
pm. She stated that our appt was cancelled the previous Friday before
anyone even came out on Saturday.  She also stated it was to late for
any help since they had closed our account.  We hung up on her furious
with the response and immediately contacted Bank of America, where a
gentleman named Assan ext. 6346 apologized for the confusion and claimed
he understood our anger and frustration.  One minute later, Camille
from NCCI called us back to apologize and let us know the supervisor had
authorized another appointment.  She stated she would call back June
9,2011 at noon, which never happened...shocking I know.  Then at around
3:00pm some guy called and said oh we scheduled you appt for tomorrow
June 10,2011 at 7:00pm.  Again we waited and long behold no one showed
up yet again.  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BEING PAID FOR A SERVICE THEY
DON'T PROVIDE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! We have now decided to fight the battle
in court and make sure we tell the world about NCCI and their lying,
scamming, deceitful practices, while filling their pockets on the pain
of America.  Hope it feels good to work for such a disgusting disgrace
of an organization.

NCCI A Scam?

AUTHOR: Consumer - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, September 24, 2014

I too heard this company NCCI *Nantional Creditors Connection, Inc." provides services for BOA delivering HARP packages to their destressed borrower's. This program is an effective outreach program that has great benefits for the borrower and lender when initiated timely. If you felt as though they were not providing you or your mortgage company the best possible service you should have called BOA directly rather than deal with a 3rd party contractor. By contacting the lender directly  the vendors performance or lack there of can be documented and addfressed with vendor management which will prevent others from having a bad experience also.

Independent contractor scam

AUTHOR: Devin - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, April 17, 2013

I do field inspections and mystery shopping type jobs for hundreds of companies. Recently, NCCI called me and asked me if I can do a job in a remote area about 85 miles away from where I live. I told them what I would charge to do it and they agreed. A month later, I am being told that they have no record of my completing the job. They also state that they would never agree to the amount I requested, which was $130.00.

Beware becoming an independent contractor for this company. They will lie to you to get what they want and then pretend it never happened.

A Different Experience

AUTHOR: AE1554 - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, March 26, 2013

I too was sent information in the mail via BoA about NCCI. I was extremely skeptical given I have heard a slew of bad things about BoA forcing their clients into foreclosure. The agent for NCCI showed up as promised within a few days of the letter's receipt, I refuslet her in because I wanted to ensure this was not a scam, and she waited while I called the bank. BoA assured me she was legitimate. Because I had not researched or filled out information, we set a follow up appointment for 3 days later. She showed up on the dot, was literally the nicest woman I have met in a long time that worked for such an agency, and informed me that many customers have been extrememly dissatisfied with HoW's ruthless practices. I have no beef with NCCI personally. Hopefully you will have legal recourse. I feel that the true evil is the bank.I got foreclosure notices before even being a second payment behind. What's that all about? BoA must be in a hot mess considering I know people that have gone 6+ payments behind before getting any sort of notice.
