Cory Tucker was hired by me to design a logo for my company, not design a website. I paid him in full, I don't drive, and a few rides i did have never came through. At first he claimed to have designed a website for me, later on I found out he just took someone else's website template, and slapped my logo on it. Is that a web desinger?
It took me a week to get his money to pay him because he lives in the east end, and I live on ontario st. Once I did pay him, I started recieving threatening emails from his gf. She claims to be hell bound on quote "You made a big mistake buddy" "I'm going to take your business down" etc...
About the logo, Facebook contacted me claiming I was infringing on copyrighted material, because the superman logo is copyrighted, Cory Said he was going to email me a Letter of Consent from Warner Bros, in which I still have not recieved from him.
About my redundancy, I have a server with a battery (UPS) that keeps my internet and computer running even if there's a power failure. Also I have two high speed internet connections in case one goes down.
All I am asking of my customers, is that they call me and contact me about any questions they have. My cell is 807-620-7449 and my landline is 807-343-9043. I have nothing but satisfied customers, and an overly emotional Cory and his gf that are fuming about the fact I took a week to pay him 20$. I told him many times to come by my place and pick it up, as I am busy repairing customers computers, and building customers websites. Cory claimed he had no way to my house either, so really, who's fault is it that he was not paid immediately?

Hello and sorry i know this post is old but it was just showin to me, lets start this off
1) This Report was only filed after i was forced to file a report for non payment, i was asked to build a website and get a logo for this person, After finding the perfect template editing it and setting all the coding up and finding a logo desiner to do a logo that i thought looked desent i started to transfer Items over to this person. and Yes Pino i would call getting a template and editing the coding and changing alot of it website work,
2) Warner Bros is dose not hold the copy wright for that image, and you can verify that with them.. Even any random user can Email them and they will get told the same thing, sorry but your wrong and what you have posted is slander even after working this crap out.

the above link is my first post this post shows that he not once made the clames he is making in this post, i have done a lot of website work for many people and have even ran a Web Hosting Provider using Data Center hosted Servers,
4) you where the custmer it is your job to make payment once a job is done, not put it off for a week, You told me day after day you where coming to pay and then where a no show, and i got sick of it and started looking into legal means of getting payed, when you where told this you came and put my money in the mail box.
5) the emails you got you deserved if you ask me, when you start calling people names, claming people have Aids and s**t like that is slander and you deserve to be called out on it.
6) UPS dose not mean s**t, you host your crap in your residual housing, anyone who knows about website hosting and things regarding it will know that you need a lot more then just UPS in order to keep a site up, if i cam by and cut the net line to your house your websites would go offline because you don't have the right Optics to host and keep online but that's not the point, you say you build websites please provide a few links to some of these sites you say you built
Now if you have something you'd like to add Please do other wise admit that this report was made because you got upset about me reporting you for non payment, and even then i was nice anuff to update my report to show that you did pay and worked s**t out well thought we did but judging by this report i guess you just don't know when to stop.
