MMS ordered from them, they charged my card. I watched order status change from "Pending" to "Awaiting Fulfilment", and there it stood. I tried calling and got only an answering machine. Left voicemail, no return call.
Now I have to file a dispute on the charges with Mastercard. Steer clear of these idiots!
They are being pushed by "Health Freedom Alliance", or are possibly the same entity.

Buyer Beware!

After placing a $100 order with Oceans Lab over 5 weeks ago, I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I began checking on my order status at 2 weeks. "Awaiting Fulfillment" is still the status at 5 weeks. I still don't know what this means, as my MANY phone calls and emails have all gone unanswered. After 4 weeks of waiting for my order and getting NO response from Oceans Lab I filed a complaint with my card company and the BBB. I wasn't surprised to see the numerous complaints with BBB. I have still been trying to contact Oceans Lab unsuccessfully. Instead of enjoying the products I paid for I am getting a headache filing the paperwork to try and get my money back, not to mention the time I am having to spend dealing with the incompetence and fraud of this company! DO NOT order from Oceans Lab unless you want to throw your hard earned money and time away!

Awwww... look who's all butt-hurt now.
Slander implies dishonesty, and I have not offered anything of the sort. Vendor apparently believes that people have nothing better to do.
Let's get the facts straight.
Order placed bright and early on the 4th. BTW, there were no shipping options offered, just a mysterious "$4.95" shipping charge.
Card charged on the 6th. If they could charge my card on the 6th, they could also ship on the 6th right? But no...
On the morning of the 9th I called and got no answer; left a message to return my call about the "Awaiting Fulfillment" status, which should have been "shipped" by that point. Reputable vendors don't charge until items are shipped, duh. Let's see, that would be 3 BUSINESS days later, 5 calendar days.
Got no return call.
Left email messages that night. Received email notification that I had a message under my account.
Tried to log in to my account to retrieve message, found my login no longer worked. Requested new password, that did not work either.
Logged in to Ebay. Ordered same product from a reputable vendor. Order is out for delivery at this moment and will be here shortly after noon today. See how that works?
Login to OceansLab account worked briefly on the morning of the 10th. Requested refund.
Refund happened on the 11th.
Vendor's feeble attempts to harass by posting name and personal email messages show a little girl's embarrassment at being called out. Nice tantrum. Why don't you give your name, honey? Not that proud of your business, eh?
Like I said, steer clear of this outfit.

After I left a couple of nastygrams via email they cancelled the shipment, citing my bad attitude as the reason(!), and actually did refund my payment.

This person (Tyler Murphy) ordered product a few days ago. His card was processed on Feb 6th. His order was on the shipping floor when he began sending derogatory harassing emails. We told him we would not tolerate his trailer trash dialog.
