Marc Plotkin is partners with ANOTHER SUPER SCAM in Hollywood FL. This time the scam is called WhiteStar Financial or National Debt Defenders Network. You never really know because it says one name on the door, but depending on who you are they use different names. Your basic filthy call center wit an automatic dialer and these three guys trying rip off any person that will listen to their pitch. Their fees are ridiculous and they KNOW IT AND LOVE IT!!!!

I was hired by NDDN to raise capital for their company. It was a 60 deal that included 4 draw payments and bunch of other stuff that I will never see because my clients found about their basically criminal backgrounds before investing. It is actually a blessing in disguise because I could not sleep at night if these guys had my clients money!!! And I am sure that they would of lost everything when these guys go out of business or get shut down. Anybody can check on their records at the NASD website or Google their names. Plotkin tries to stay in the background because he knows that the reputation of his partners scares people away- and it should. But you know how the saying goes when "birds of a feather flock together".....

When I did not raise one single penny for these crooks- they immediately began to show their true colors by posting all kinds of lies and made up information all over the internet. They even called of my pre employment references and told them that I stole $20k- that is the money that paid me according to employment contract over the course of 2.5 months! STAY AWAY from these guys even whether you are a potential employee or a potential client!!!

After they realized that they had published illegal and false information, they had this guy MARC PLOTKIN call me- he is a 33% owner in NDDN according to what was told to me. He called and emailed me numerous times on 1/16 and 1/17 saying that he still wants to work with me- and that he would love to fly to California to meet my clients and "seal the deal". This guy must be insane! While he was supposedly working out an agreement with me- either him or his partners were continuing to post lies about me on the internet.

I have my own lawsuit pending against these three for the illegal slander and defamation that they initiated against me- but not let them burn you also.....If you want to get them off the phone real quick- just tell them that you are recording the conversation. When I did that they hung up within a blink of an eye!....

These pics are Stuart Rubens- he is one of those guys that hangs a HANDICAP stick on his car mirror, but can walk just fine. He could obviously care less about anybody with a severe handicap that comes to his building because he takes the same handicap spot EVERY DAY and ALL DAY. That just shows what kind of a person that he is....

Boy, It takes all types. I was born and raised in this town and continue to do nothing but legitimate, honest business here. This crap really bothers me but my real associates and friends know the truth about me and my companies. Not only did this guy rip us off for 20k but when the truth started to come out and my partners started posting what a scammer this guy was he tried to extort another $4200 for his legal fees. Like they say there are 3 sides to every story and I guess the truth will come out in court. We have stayed on the high road and took down his postings but since we won't give in to his demands he keeps posting crap like this. Stuff like this hurts because like I said you can search the internet till the cows come home and never find a negative report about me. But I guess if your out there busting your ass to make an honest living, things like this (false postings) are bound to happen. I haven't spent 30 minutes with this guy, or ever had any dealings with him. I guess in these times and the power of the internet, anyone can say anything they want about a person, but this guy has no conscience.

Extortion is actually what you and your partners tried to use on me to get the $20k back that was paid out- as per my employment contract- with your shady company. But you know how that turned out.

How can you continue to say that I stole anything? When you know the truth and so does everybody else now! You have chosen to do business with your partners for whatever reason, but you will also be held accountable for their illegal actions. $4200 is for the legal bills that you have all caused, but it is actually much more than that now!

You continue to lie by saying that you took down the false and slanderous postings about me when you know damn well that postings on this site CANNOT BE TAKEN DOWN. Your guys still have my ss# and drivers license posted live with text saying that I am connected with a ponzi scheme. I have never posted anything but facts. Did you expect to me to just sit back and let you and your criminal partners spread lies about me

You contacted me over 10x last weekend telling me that you still want to work with me and want to fly to LA to meet my clients. You know that is the truth and I have the emails and texts to prove it- and the whole time you and your maggot partners were continuing to post garbage about me.

If you three would spend half as much time building an honest business as you do trying to slander former employees then you might have a leg to stand on. But actions speak louder than words- and you and your partners deplorable actions speak volumes.
