Tania got me to believe that she has a English Bulldog Puppy called "Fina" that she wanted us to adopt because she travels alot and she cannot take care of her.

She made everything sound so real until we got a letter from the Air Lines (which we now know was fake) saying that Fina is in Zambia at the moment and they won't release her unless a payment of R2500.00 is made for her insurance. Me and my husband found this very strange that they would ask this after everthing was arranged by Tania in "Cameroon"

I then phoned the Airlines on my side asking if I can check where "Fina" was just to check if all is allright. They told me that I need the Waybill number. I then mailed the Airline in "Cameroon" to ask for the Waybill Number. I got a email back saying this

"Dear
Client,

It was made to our understanding that
you have never met the said pet before, that is why we insisted on a change of
ownership document, So it is our duty to know who we give details to and why we
give out the details. We just have electronic communications and are not yet
sure that the said pet is yours or rightfully heading over to you. So we cannot
let you have all the details. When the said pet will get to it's destination
and the delivery carrier confirms the documents and your national ID card, you
will have the puppy and the refund of the money paid in.Your puppy took
transit, with Kenya Airways, but all these details, we withhold them for
everybody's security. We are sorry you cannot get these details now since you
have not been Identified. That is why we even decided to deliver the puppy at
your home. The delivery agent knows the address where the puppy is heading to
so once he get there and confirms Your ID card and registration document, you
will have your puppy.

You have not been Identified yet so you
cannot have all the details.

And by the way, why do you need the
number? Who asked for it?"

Where in your life to a professional person ask you such rude questions. And Sorry Courier company won't let their drivers drive around with thousands of rands of cash to give to the client as a refund.

Tania on the other hand was now in such a state that she said she is now so worried about her "Fina" that is all alone in a strange country.

This is the last email i got from her:

"Hi Mr Ronald, (My husband)

    I am just
coming back from the agency and I think I kind of have a clue about what they
were trying to say. Most of the Service consultants there are Dutch, so they
didn't just know how to explain well in english. Luckily enough, I am Half
Dutch, Half Afrikaans, so I insisted until I was able to talk with the manager
of their branch here and he explained everything to me. He even called their
Headquarters in Amsterdam and they explained it to me again.

  I think the
mistake we made here is that I made them understand that I do not know you and
you do not know me and we have never even met. I explained to them how
everything came about, that is why they are taking extreme measure to make sure
the Fina get to the right person.

I was told right from their headquarters that we cannot
have the details we are requesting for until Fina get to your home safely. The
branch manager even called the custom agents in Zambia and they confirmed to me
that fina is with them and an insurance is needed. The people who were Rude
were those at the customer service and I explained it to their manager and he
appologised on their behalves and told me theywere going to be disciplined.

   So I should be
the one you should trust now ok. everything will be perfectly fine. I have spoken
to my Supervisor an he said he can only lend me up to R1000 again. Please if
you can complete the outstanding R1500, I will add to the one I have and pay it
to them so that they can send Fina over to you today. Please I do not want her
to spend another night outside. She is my baby and my only family, that is why
I left patients at the hospital to personally look into the matter..

As more guarantee, I have attached a copy of my south
African ID and passport to this email.

Lets just try to get Fina out today.

Dr Tania (She is not a doctor at all) Found out she was a receptionist at a doctors rooms

We almost fell for her scam but luckily we did not.

Something should really be done about this 'Tania" woman. I found other sites as well where she tried to sell "Fina" as well but the other time it was a Bull Terrier and on this site a Yorkie.

They try to steal people's hard earned money.

I do hope they get caught.
