This company is completely Fraudulent. Not only do they make it all look good, and give you an order number and tracking info...they then ask you for additional money. The website even has a refund policy and everything on it. The moment you tell them you are not sending additional money, they refuse to write back to you. They actually went ahead and deleted my account so that I couldn't see the "order status" any more. But, not before I printed off proof of it all, so I have documented everything. I have filed a report with the FBI and the Indonesia branch in Washington DC. I am not messing around.
They give you a tracking number with "Jayaexpress.com" and it says "in transit" but stays that way forever. Jayaexpress will not write back to you no matter how many emails you type them with their email addresses that are on their site, or through their "contact us" page. So, i am pretty sure that this is a fake company too! I just want our money back so we can buy a bike elsewhere
DO NOT PURCHASE A BICYCLE ON LINE FROM ANYONE. go to a local shop. apparently everyone else is a fake. I just need help getting our money back now.
